Owner
Kelly Pilger
Kelly has 30 years of experience as a group fitness instructor, as well as being the former owner of Diamondhead Dance Academy & Gulf Coast Elite All-Star cheerleading program. She was the head coach of the Ocean Springs High School cheerleading program, which won the 2013 World School Championship. She has been a certified personal trainer & also certified in numerous group fitness formats.

Clarissa DeMauro
Clarissa has been practicing Yoga for over 20 years and has had the pleasure of sharing her expertise across the country. She has over 250 hours of Hatha Yoga teacher training, as well as a certification to teach Les Mills' Body Balance classes. Clarissa has created her own classes to be a balanced application of what she has learned in her training and experiences in different cultures and cities.

Drew Pilger
Drew is born and raised in Ocean Springs, MS. He graduated from Mississippi State University with a Sports Studies degree and is currently working as a personal trainer and a group fitness instructor. He helps instill a healthy mindset, lifestyle, and exercise habits that you can sustain indefinitely for a high quality of life.

Beth Hunt
Beth is the previous owner of FLEX Group Fitness and brings 32 years of experience in group fitness and exercise. She is certified in multiple Les Mills formats, AIM 2 certified in BodyCOMBAT and a NASM personal trainer. Beth also has a MS degree in Holistic Nutrition. She enjoys sharing her passion for fitness and encourages others to live a healthy lifestyle.

I am a resident of Ocean Springs from Sendai, Japan, since 2010. I have been practicing Les Mills programs for 18 years across the country and 8 Years of experience as a Les Mills instructor.
Advanced certification to teach Les Mills BODYPUMP and BODYCOMBAT , also certified to teach LES MILLS CORE, TONE and BODYBALANCE.
Les Mills is my passion!

Manda Salinas
Manda has spent over a decade on the mat, discovering the profound impact of connecting breath with mindful movement. She is a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200) through Dragonfly Yoga Teacher Training and is also certified to teach Les Mills' Body Balance classes. While she appreciates all forms of yoga, Manda’s teaching style has evolved into an invigorating yet balanced Vinyasa flow. Her classes generate heat through dynamic transitions, ease into deep stretches, and maintain a deep connection with plenty of pranayama throughout. At Seven P Fit, Manda is excited to guide students in strengthening the core, enhancing balance, managing stress, and exploring flexibility.

Brandy DeIorio
Brandy has been a group fitness instructor for 15+ years. Currently, she is certified in Les Mills BodyPump, Core, and Sprint. In addition to teaching group fitness, Brandy has over 20 years of experience as an educator. She currently teaches Contemporary Health and Family Dynamics at Ocean Springs High School. The true loves of her life are her two children, Jack Henry and Bayla. Brandy is a proud believer of Jesus and an active member of her church, Northwood Church of Ocean Springs.

Hannah Gautier
Hannah has been a part of group fitness classes for the past 20 years. She is Aim 1 certified in BodyPump and also was certified in BodyAttack and RPM. She was an instructor for 10 years and then took a small break to focus on her two children. But she is back and excited to join Seven P Fit and share her love of exercising and group fitness!
