BODYPUMP™

BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell workout, using light to moderate weights and high reps to get your members lean and toned. Powering through squats, presses, lifts and curls they'll work all their major muscles as they build strength and burn calories, getting fitter, faster.

BODYJAM™

The creativity that goes into BODYJAM™ sets it apart from any other dance workout available to your members. The class is entirely inspired by how the body can move with the music. And for members who are resistant to the idea of working out, BODYJAM’s dance-based moves are a fun first step into group fitness.

BODYCOMBAT™

BODYCOMBAT™ is a fiercely energetic program inspired by a wide array of martial arts including karate, boxing, tae kwon do, capoeira and kickboxing. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, your members will strike, punch and kick their way to superior cardio fitness.

SPF

This is our Signature class offered once a month. We teach you about our 7 principals for living a healthy lifestyle, incorporate a 30 minute workout and finish with stretching. If you want to better understand the 7 P's in Seven P Fit and how to apply them to your life, this class is for you!

Bungee

This class involves cardio, strength training, and full body workout while attached to a harness and bungee cord. The benefits of being attached to a bungee cord is that it is a low-impact workout and is easy on the joints when incorporating lunges, squats and jumping into the routine.

Hearts on Fire
   (stretch & meditation)

In this 45 minute class, we incorporate the stretches that are typically found in yoga, dance & gymnastics classes and combine it with Christian worship, prayer and meditation.

Hatha/ Vinyasa Flow

This class is a good place to start if you aren't familiar with yoga. It is designed to meet the needs of all levels and offers challenges and modifications to personalize your own experience. We go from pose to pose, at a slower pace, all while connecting with breath and creating warmth, allowing for deeper explorations of posture.

Functional Training

A strength training class that equips you for the most important type of physical fitness, the kind that preps you for real-life, daily living stuff like bending, twisting, lifting, loading, pushing, pulling, squatting and hauling.

Zumba

Ditch the workout & join the party! A total workout, combining all elements of fitness- cardio, muscle conditioning, balance & flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Yoga Pose

Barre Intensity

This class combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training. We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range of motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper & lower body to make every minute count.

Power Flow

This class will get our heart rates up and we will break a sweat. It combines balance, flexibility, strength and physical endurance through continuous movement and static poses, while connecting with breath. Modifications and variations of poses are offered to ensure that this is an all levels class.
